Boutique SA distillers, Red Hen Gin have welcomed another child to the family called the Ultra Violet Dry Gin.
The Ultra Violet is described as a ‘well rounded’ gin, which sounds rather sensual, with a ‘light oily juniper texture’, which sounds even more sensual.
What more can you ask from a gin? What about a positively magical violet tone. This gin has been steeped in Butterfly Pea post distillation which has given it a stunning, ethereal colour.
For the legit, legit gin lovers, you’ll be able to note the presence of coriander and pepper that allow delicate spicy notes to shine through, followed by a warm sweetness of the back of cassia and vanilla.
To get the Ultra Violet Dry Gin prior to Christmas, order online before close of business Thursday 17 December if you live interstate. For those within a 40km radius of Adelaide, you have up until Tuesday 22 December to order online.
