Relax into Sunday sessions at Three Little Birds Distillery

Level up your weekend summer sessions at Three Little Birds Distillery’s Tasting Room as mad march kicks off with $10 cocktails and $35 cocktail jugs.

Level up your weekend summer sessions at Three Little Birds Distillery’s Tasting Room on Henley Beach Road, Mile End.

The city-fringe location is perfect for balmy evenings as we prepare for the Mad March festivities. Pop in and stay a while, with $10 cocktails and $35 cocktail jugs to celebrate Sundays.

If you’re coming with a crowd (or indulging solo, no judgement!), you can choose from a refreshing Pimms or Aperol Spritz jug, or try out the Bramble pine fizz made with Three Little Birds bramble, lime, sparkling wine and pineapple juice.

Inspired by their founders’ blended brood of chicks, Three Little Birds Distillery spirits are playful, bright and not afraid to explore beyond the nest. Co-founder Leigh Brown is a true pioneer of mixology, having created cocktails around the globe for industry titans and championing Adelaide’s bar scene in the nineties. Naturally, the cocktail menu is nothing short of alluring, and worth exploring.

Blended with their Signature Gin, Navy Strength Gin and Bramble, you can expect delightful drops like a Bramble Bush Mojito made with Bramble, muddled lime, mint and sugar syrup over ice, or sip on a Strawberry Myrtle with Signature Gin, muddled lime, strawberries and lemon myrtle syrup served short over ice. You can always try a tasting flight if you can’t make up your mind!

Equipped with a wood oven, the chic Tasting Room slings a delectable array of pizza and tapas from 11am ‘til 9pm, with mixologists manning the bar until late.

The décor features touches of wood with hints of pink, reflecting the brand’s beautiful new bottles, while outside provides a view of the atmospheric Henley Beach Road in a beautifully-greened enclosed bench setting.

We can recommend the House Special pizza with sugo, casalinga salami, fior di latte, mushrooms, confit tomato and herbs. You can also enjoy tapas highlights like corn ribs with paprika and lime or the green goddess hummus with house-made dukkha and crostini. If you’re feeling something more significant, try the elicoidali pasta with chorizo, chilli, capers, olives, sugo and pecorino.

The Three Little Birds distilling process happens entirely in Adelaide, where they create their own base spirit before infusing botanicals raised in the lawless beauty of the South Australian wilderness. Far more than just a drink, each sip unveils a story from their Co-Founders’ lifework championing the spirit of sharing.

Three Little Birds is legacy of Leigh and his partner Lisa-Marie’s family, passion for quality liquor and admiration of South Australia’s enthralling food and wine scene. Spend your weekend the right way and have a relaxing and delicious summer session at their Tasting Room.

Visit Three Little Birds Distillery Tasting Room at 1 / 34 Henley Beach Road, Mile End from Wednesday to Sunday 11am til late, or shop online at https://www.threelittlebirdsdistillery.com.au.
