Restaurant and Catering Industry Day 2011: Profit is Not a Dirty Word

On Tuesday, March 29, Restaurant and Catering South Australia will host the Restaurant and Catering Industry Day at the Art Gallery of South Australia.

Industry Day is an invaluable opportunity for members of the restaurant, catering and hospitality industries to come together exchange thoughts, ideas and talk “industry speak”. With a mixture of presenters to inform, demonstrate, stimulate and debate Industry Day is also a day of reflection, conversation and enjoyment. Industry Day provides an important professional development opportunity for industry members. It is structured but not prescriptive, with the participants ultimately guiding the direction of many of the sessions.

The keynote speaker for the event is George Calombaris, MasterChef judge and current executive chef of The Press Club group of restaurants.
