Passionate about promoting South Australia’s lesser known small batch producers, Small Batch Wine Tours seeks to engage guests with the region and to bring wine to life, educating their guests on a personal level to better understand their relationship with wine.

“At the end of the day I don’t want people to be aimlessly wandering down the aisle at their bottle shop, looking at the price tags and seeing if they recognize the label,” says Kurko. “As consumers of a premium product, I want people know what it is they’re looking for and how to find it, to understand what it is they’re paying for, and where that money is going.”

Founded in March 2016, Small Batch Wine Tours provides intimate small-group and fully curated private tours of South Australia’s premier wine regions – the Barossa Valley, Adelaide Hills, and McLaren Vale.
