More than 2,000 riders are expected to attend a complimentary breakfast and entertainment at Victoria Square for Ride to Work Day on Wednesday the 12th of October .
Free CBD breakfasts will be held in all State and Territories nationally thanks to Bakers Delight and Australian Banana stand.
Workplace and community breakfasts are also being held nationally on the day.
Australian Physiotherapy Association members will be at the breakfast providing advice on bike fits, physical activity and tips on managing injuries.
