Rudimental, the acclaimed British trio, has officially announced a return to Australian shores, presenting a brand new live show experience in February 2025. In partnership with Untitled Group and NOVA Nation, this tour is set to showcase the anticipated RUDIM3NTAL show in a six-date headline tour across Aussie cities.
Kicking off in Perth on February 13th at Metro City, the tour will travel through Adelaide, Melbourne, Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, and will wrap up in Sydney at the Hordern Pavilion on February 19th. The upcoming shows mark a significant return since their performances in Sydney and Melbourne in January 2024, where they introduced elements of their evolving sound to enthusiastic audiences.
Originally from East London, Rudimental consists of Piers Aggett, Kesi Dryden, and Leon “Locksmith” Rolle. They are highly recognized for revolutionizing the drum n bass scene and infusing it with their unique sound over the last decade. The upcoming RUDIM3NTAL show signifies a new era for the group, featuring a DJ set aimed at recapturing the electrifying energy of their early performances, combined with powerful visuals that accentuate the energy of their music.
Speaking about their renewed focus on DJ performances, Rudimental shared their excitement about bringing their fresh and vibrant stage setup to fans. They shared, “We’re bringing something fresh to the stage – a DJ set that hits harder, with visuals that match the energy of our tracks and give you a taste of where we’re heading. Think bass meets soul, mixed up the Rudimental way. This is all about the music we’ve been crafting and the vibe of what’s to come on the new album. Can’t wait for you to feel it.”
The group’s influence and success in the digital music scene are nothing short of remarkable. With over 5 billion streams, more than 3 million albums sold globally, and a portfolio that includes four critically acclaimed albums, Rudimental continues to maintain their prominence on charts and streaming platforms. Featured collaborations and recent tracks such as ‘Dancing Is Healing’ and ‘Bring Me Joy’ have further cemented their status in the industry. Their latest single, ‘The Feeling’, introduced last month, demonstrates their innovative approach to music creation, blending drum and bass with pop elements in collaboration with artists like 1991, PNAU, and AR/CO, quickly earning spots on major playlists.
The tour, supported by Untitled Group, Australia’s leading independent music and events company, promises a string of memorable nights.
