Rundle Mall to host Adelaide’s biggest Black Friday event with four day shopping extravaganza

Rundle Mall is hosting Adelaide’s biggest Black Friday event with midnight shopping, big discounts, a free concierge service and golf buggy valet.

Calling all bargain hunters! With Black Friday quickly approaching, there’s no better time to indulge in retail therapy and grab some bargains. Luckily, Rundle Mall is making it easier than ever to shop all the sales this weekend.

Kicking off at 9am on Friday 29 November, shoppers will have 15 continuous hours to explore discounts of 20, 30, 40 and up to 50 percent off. Rundle Mall will be the only shopping precinct in South Australia staying open until midnight, making it the go-to spot for all your shopping needs.

“There is something for everyone in Rundle Mall this Black Friday, whether you’re refreshing your wardrobe for summer, treating yourself to the latest tech, or getting a head start on your Christmas gift shopping,” says Andrew White, Adelaide Economic Development Agency’s Executive Manager Rundle Mall.

“Black Friday in Rundle Mall is a shopping experience unlike anything else in Adelaide.”

There are plenty of highlights of Rundle Mall’s Black Friday experience, including the return of the Rundle Mall Concierge, which will run from Friday, right through the weekend and, for the first time ever, on Cyber Monday too.

The Concierge offers up a complimentary bag drop service, freeing up more hands for shopping and a chill-out zone with lounges. There’s also DJs, live music, and the Black Friday Valet.

From 9:30am each day, the first 50 shoppers to use the bag drop will receive a Black Friday bonus pack, made up of food and drink vouchers, while everyone who uses the Concierge will go in the draw to win a $1,000 Rundle Mall voucher.

Under the Gawler Place Canopy, Cucina Cufone, along with its mobile pizza oven, will be serving delicious pizzas all day and night. Ambleside Distillers will be there as well, making this the perfect pit stop for any keen shopper.

Many of Australia’s biggest and best brands and retail stores are open to shop the sales in Rundle Mall, including Myer, David Jones, UNIQLO, H&M, Sephora, Mecca, Nike, Dymocks, R.M.Williams, Tiffany & Co, Tag Heuer, JD Sports, Adidas, Kmart, Apple, and more.

With a sprawling 520 metres of the Mall to shop, if your feet get sore and the bags get too heavy, all you need to do is flag down Rundle Mall’s chauffeur, the Black Friday Valet. It’s there to ferry shoppers around in style, from store to store, or back to your car if it’s parked within the Precinct.

“Shoppers know that Rundle Mall has the biggest Black Friday and they love that we’re home to the best range of their favourite brands,” Andrew says.

“We know that cost of living’s increasing, and the sales have come when many need it most. With huge discounts across fashion, footwear, beauty, homewares, toys, electrics, and more, shopping the Black Friday sales will stretch your budget further.”

Rundle Mall expects nearly $30 million to be spent across the four days of the Black Friday sales, and it’s no wonder why. With its unparalleled shopping experience, great discounts, and extended opening hours, Rundle Mall is the ultimate destination for Black Friday shopping.
