SA Continues Film Industry Takeover With KOJO’s Involvement In Another Aussie Feature

KOJO worked to provide full post production services on the film, including picture, sound, and VFX.

Independent sports and entertainment agency KOJO has again joined forces with Jennifer Kent (The Babadook) on Australian film The Nightingale.

Released in Australian cinemas this Thursday, The Nightingale is set in the Tasmanian wilderness and follows an Irish female convict (Aisling Franciosi), who witnesses the murder of her family via the hand of a British officer (Sam Claflin) and his regiment.

KOJO worked to provide full post production services on the film, including picture, sound, and VFX.

The Nightingale celebrated its world premiere at the Venice Film Festival in September last year, and took out the Special Jury Prize.

Actor Baykali Ganambarr received the Marcello Mastroianni award for best young actor.

Since its inception 27 years ago, KOJO has captivated audiences around the world and continues to promote exciting creative endeavours.

With KOJO’s post production history, and the upcoming Mortal Kombat shoot, South Australia is truly making its mark on the Aussie film industry.
