Restrictions are slowly beginning to ease in South Australia and the state has locked in another day with no new COVD-19 cases.
As confirmed by SA Health, only one active case remains, with the state’s total number of cases still standing at 439.
One patient remains in hospital but is not considered an active case.

SA Health is continuing to stress the importance of social distancing and hand hygiene, and encourages anyone with COVID-19 symptoms (however minor) to seek testing and remain at home.
South Australia is currently in recovery step one of easing restrictions, and as of midnight tomorrow night, will become the first state to fully restore elective surgery.
