SA Wine Showcase returns to Arkaba Hotel

For just one day only, on Sunday, 28 August, guests will have the opportunity to sample more than two hundred wines from the state’s most loved wine regions.

Wine lovers rejoice; the popular SA Wine Showcase is returning to the Arkaba Hotel this month, where over one hundred and fifty of the best South Australian wines will conveniently be brought together in one central location.

For just one day only, on Sunday, 28 August, guests will have the opportunity to sample more than two hundred wines from the state’s most loved wine regions including McLaren Vale, Barossa Valley, Clare Valley, Coonawarra, Riverland, Limestone Coast and Langhorne Creek.

Kickstarting at midday and at just $45 a ticket, guests will be able to perfectly pair their wines at the cheese table while relaxing to live music, making it the perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon with family and friends.

Some great prizes will also be up for grabs for those who vote for their favourite drop, and guests will also be able to purchase exclusive specials on the day.

Held at a proudly South Australian family-owned business, all the fun will happen at Top of The Ark, a perfect space for large events and special functions.

Arkaba Hotel Manager, Jordarn Karpowicz, is excited to host the popular event.

“One of our favourite events is back this August. Instead of visiting 49 cellar doors from far and wide across the state, we’re giving wine lovers the opportunity to sample some diverse wines right under the one roof,” she said.

“South Australia – known as the Wine Capital of the World – is well known for its diverse and delicious wines, which makes it a privilege to host them here. We’re proud to partner with some of the well-known and smaller established South Australian wine makers.”
