Saldechin to host the next Adelaide Sustainability Drinks

Global energyThe importance of sustainability is fast being recognised by South Australian individuals and businesses.

Adelaide is invited to drinks at Saldechin which is housed in a magnificent heritage-listed space in the heart of the Adelaide CBD on Wednesday 21st April.

You will have the chance to listen to the thoughts of Len Piro, Executive Director for Manufacturing, Services and Business Sustainability at the Department of Trade and Economic Development. He will be speaking about the redevelopment of the Tonsley Park area into a Sustainable industries hub and Cleantech precinct.

Come and learn about how the old Mitsubishi site will be turned into a world class sustainable industries precinct; what exciting and innovative technologies are planned to be attracted to the site; and how South Australians can contribute to the sites vision.

Adelaide Sustainability Drinks provides an opportunity to meet other people interested in creating a more sustainable world, exchange ideas and hear different perspectives about the social and environmental challenges we face. It allows those interested in sustainability to gain the latest updates and meet a wide range of passionate people who are interested in making a positive difference.

This is not a sponsored event; i.e. you buy your own drinks – come and try one of Saldechin’s specialty Green Tea Martinis. We choose to come together in the spirit of a shared interest.

All are welcome, so if you know any friends or colleagues who would like to come along, please make sure they RSVP at:
