On Thursday October 6, Coopers Brewery launched its' new premium beer Sapporo to an excited crowd in the Robin Hood Hotel's stylish outdoor area.
The evening was a huge success, featuring entertainment from DJ Prequel, while a live sushi chef prepared delicious Japanese cuisine, which was matched perfectly to the steady flow of Sapporo circulating the room.
Tim Cooper spoke briefly at the event about how this beer could change the beer industry in South Australia and interstate, and after tasting this beer myself, I think Coopers just might be onto a winner here.
