Adelaide’s Memorial Drive Tennis Centre on the banks of the River Torrens, now known as ‘The Drive’, will host some of the biggest stars in tennis in the lead up to the Australian Open.

A jam-packed program will see two tournaments held at The Drive – the first from 2-9 January and will feature the combined mens and women’s tournament followed by the second Adelaide International event – a WTA 250 and ATP 250 tournament from 9-15 January.

Minister for Recreation, Sport and Racing Corey Wingard said the events will inspire the next generation of South Australian tennis enthusiasts.

“It’s fantastic … we’re able to get back to hosting a bigger, longer and more action-packed tournament,” Minister Wingard said.

Gates open for the Adelaide International day sessions at 10:00 am with matches starting at 11:00 am, with gates re-opening at 5:00 pm for night games, before matches commence at 7:00 pm.
