Adelaide Dining Magazine (ADM) unveiled the winners of its 2025 awards last night at a special event held at Mount Lofty House to mark the launch of its new print edition. The awards celebrated excellence within South Australia’s hospitality sector, recognising top performers in different categories.
The ceremony highlighted standout achievements across the state, with Restaurant Botanic winning the Best Restaurant (CBD) category, sponsored by Adelaide BMW. In the regional category, Sidewood Estate claimed the Best Restaurant (Regional) award, sponsored by Enzo’s at Home.
One of the evening’s most anticipated awards, Best New Restaurant/Venue, went to Thai Room, celebrating the arrival of new talent and innovative dining concepts. This category was sponsored by RAA. Kiin Restaurant received the SA Sourced Award, sponsored by Brand SA, for its exceptional use of locally sourced ingredients.
Environmental sustainability was also a major focus, with Magill Estate Restaurant taking home the Eco Eats Award, sponsored by End Food Waste Australia, for its commitment to sustainable practices.
The awards also recognised exceptional beverage offerings. The Kitchen (SkyCity Adelaide) won the Best Wine List, with its carefully curated wine selection, sponsored by The National Wine Centre of Australia. Bar Torino was named Best Drinks List for its innovative drinks menu, sponsored by Ambient Menu.
The Best Product or Service award went to Weber Grill Academy Adelaide, acknowledging its outstanding service and high-quality products. This award was sponsored by Forest Food Co.
In a nod to the important role of women in the food industry, Natalie Fazzari was presented with the Women in Food Award, sponsored by BPR, in recognition of her significant contributions to the food scene.
Celebrating a legacy of excellence, Lenzerheide Restaurant was inducted into the ADM Hall of Fame, sponsored by HartLines Creative, for its consistent high standards and contributions to the hospitality industry.
The event was hosted by Ali Clarke, who spoke about the importance of celebrating South Australian hospitality during challenging times: “I can’t wait to be part of such a brilliant event,” she said. “At a time when the hospitality and entertainment industries are under immense pressure, it’s a joy to celebrate all of the incredible success stories we have in South Australia.”
“Congratulations to all of our finalists and winners. Each of them is truly exceptional in their own right,” Shantal Hart, ADM Director, said.
