Cheers to 10 years of Delinquente Wine Co! To celebrate the milestone, they’re hitting the road for a nationwide wine dance party tour like no other, coming to Adelaide on September 20th at Oddio in Bowden. Headlined by UK dance sensation Hidden Spheres, and supported by a local lineup of DJs and producers, the tour will bring epic beats to some of the coolest venues across the country.
Delinquente Wine Co posted to their Facebook saying: “Delinquente fam!!! @hidden.spheres is enroute – and loving the good juice!”
Since launching their first vintage in January 2014, Delinquente Wine Co has made a name for itself with its minimal intervention wines crafted from Southern Italian grape varieties grown in SA’s Riverland. Known for being pioneers in the Australian small-batch, artisan wine scene, Delinquente has championed unique styles like pet nat and skin contact whites.
With their wines now available across Australia and in 17 countries, the brand is celebrating with a headline music tour.
“We’ve always aimed to push the boundaries of what a wine producer can be, how our wines are enjoyed, and how they’re seen,” Founder and Winemaker Con-Greg Grigoriou says.
“We feel a strong connection between what we do and the music and arts communities, and this tour is a thrilling way to bring it all together.”
The tour will make stops at venues including Oddio in Adelaide, Si Paradiso in Perth, Wax Music Lounge in Melbourne and The Abercrombie in Sydney. Each event will bring high-energy dance music, fantastic food, and of course, Delinquente’s latest wines and cocktails from Bizzarro Aperitivo.
Headlining the tour is Hidden Spheres from Manchester in the UK. Known creating a sense of unity and inclusivity, Hidden Spheres blends Detroit house influences with crate digging and soulful sounds, creating a dynamic dance experience. He’s also behind the popular radio show turned label ‘Fruit Merchant’ on NTS.
