There’s A One Night Only Music Festival Coming To Adelaide’s East End

Scouted has helped local artists to go on to headline national tours, appear on the line-up of major festivals, and release albums.

Emerging local artists will have the opportunity to display their musical talents at this years SA Scouted Festival.

The event will allow these artists the opportunity to perform in front of national industry representatives and the Adelaide general public.

This years Scouted event will be delivered in conjunction with the Umbrella: Winter City Sounds and The Australian Independent Record Labels Association (AIR).

This is the third year that scouted coincides with AIR and the Indie Con conference, bringing with it significant figures in the Australian music industry to Adelaide this week.

Music SA CEO Lisa Bishop says the event presents a rare opportunity for local artists and is a wonderful way to showoff the talent we have here in South Australia.

“Each year our Scouted event delivers genuine business outcomes for artists including signings by publishers, artist managers and bookers,” says Mrs Bishop.

The event will cover a wide variety of genres with the line up of artists including hip-hop and electronica, Homeward Bound, soul music from ELSY, dance music by Er@ser Description, an indie vibe by Stacy Says, Jess Day and pop-rock by TOWNS.

The event will be held over stages and venues in the East End of town for one night only, with performances at Crown and Anchor, Exeter, The Stag Public House and Sugar.

Scouted will take place on Friday July 26 with a 6pm kick off time.
