SA’s Own Cocolat wins Nation’s Best Icecream Award!

Cocolat has been named for making the nation’s best icecream in the Australian Grand Dairy awards last wednesday night.
Australia’s best icecream is made here in South Australia by Cocolat who are well known for their chocolate treats and desserts.

Cocolat’s Ferrero Rocher Icecream pushed them to win with the judges describing the icecream as “smooth as silk and devilishly creamy with a flavour to match, absolutely irresistible.”

Owner Terena Blanton Ms Blanton Downs said the award was a great achievement for all staff at Cocolat. “We won the State category a few months back and thought it was fantastic just to make the national finals, let alone win against outstanding competition from right across Australia.”

Cocolat was established in 1992 and has grown to have cafes in Rundle Street, Balhannah, and Adelaide Airport.
