Today, March 16th 2012, is Say No To Bullying Day. It is the day in which schools around the nation join forces to celebrate a day of action against bullying and violence.
The aim of the campaign is to encourage communities, families and parents to stand together, recognising that everyone plays an important role and educate others to help children overcome problems through positive actions and discussions.
In order to show support for the day everyone involved is asked to wear orange or an orange ribbon. The team at Mix 102.3, including Jodie Oddy, Mark Aiston and Jason ‘Snowy’ Carter, will be wearing orange to show support.
