SciWorld Free Family Fun Day Comes To Adelaide This March

Families and children of all ages will enjoy SciWorld when it comes to the Adelaide Convention Centre on March 13 and 14.
Among the attractions at this FREE hands-on science event will be astronomy experiences in huge inflatable planetariums, robotics workshops, 3D printers, bugs n slugs, giant dinosaur puzzles, electric circuit challenges and tabletop science interactive displays.
Science and native animal shows will be staged or animal show every half hour and a robotics workshop every hour.
On March 14, there will also be Dig-a-Dino, a fun activity for younger visitors that involves ‘digging’ for dinosaur bones that form part of a large 3D dinosaur skeleton.
The event will be held from 3pm-6pm on Friday 13th and 10am-5pm on Saturday 14th.
Part of a week-long program of events to celebrate the opening of the Centre’s new West Building, SciWorld is a hands-on Science Expo that’s absolutely FREE.
Thousands of South Australians are expected to flood through the doors of the new West Building to attend SciWorld and other opening week events and to tour the new building and enjoy some of Adelaide’s best newly created views.
