Lester Marshall, owner and operator of world renowned Coffin Bay Oyster Farm has teamed up with logistics man Graeme Dyke to create the easiest system for buying fresh bulk seafood.
Seafood online came about when Lester noticed the growing demand from people wishing to buy his legendary oysters direct. Unfortunately at that time they were only available at markets and fish stores, and Lester heard peoples concerns that there was no guarantee that the products they were receiving were actually his.
And so he came together with Graeme, who has had many years experience in freighting and logistics, to create a flawless ordering and delivery system to ensure people could receive the famous oysters in the quickest, safest and most efficient way.
Since its launch the range has grown to include not only oysters but also, Spencer Gulf king prawns, Southern Bluefin tuna, Yellowtail kingfish, calamari, southern rock lobster and Balmain bugs.
Oysters are delivered fresh, with other products being snap-frozen on the ships and freighted overnight to Adelaide, ready for next day delivery to your door!
