Head Chef, Sean Connolly, reopened the restaurant with a refreshed drinks and food menu.

Get excited because Sean’s Kitchen has commenced its annual celebration of Sean’s two favourite things, Bourbon and Bacon, featuring local Australian pork and American bourbon and rye.
This foodie event will fulfil your appetite if you’re in the mood for that all-American blend of bacon and bourbon.
The delightful four-choice menu showcases guilty pleasures like pulled pork burgers, bourbon-glazed pork ribs, a BBQ beef burger and finally a decadent serving of bacon mac & cheese.
The all-American bourbon selection includes:

- Jim Beam Small Batch — Kentucky, USA
- Basil Haydens — Kentucky, USA
- Makers 46 — Kentucky, USA
- Hudson Baby Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
The Bacon and Bourbon menu kicks off on 15 September and will be available until 4 October.
