It appears that our patience and weeks of entertaining the kids from home has finally paid off.
With South Australia officially moving to Stage Three in easing COVID-19 restrictions on Monday, which you can read about here, many of our favourite destinations, which have remained closed over the last few months, are FINALLY able to reopen their doors.
Parents (and young at heart adults) – put away the home obstacle courses and incomplete puzzles, because we’ve put together a list of 10 Adelaide venues that are back open for business from this coming Monday, 29th of June.

Funtopia
The crew at Funtopia in Prospect are super excited to announce they will be re-opening Monday!!! 🎉👏🏻 Limited capacity and social distancing measures will apply. Online bookings will be essential and watch their Facebook page for further updates. They can’t wait to see you all soon when the funbelievable adventures can return 🤸♀️

Adelaide Zoo
OK, the Adelaide Zoo may have already opened this week… but it’s too exciting not to mention, plus with school holidays coming up, it’s firmly on our list. Did we mention there’s a new baby giraffe to see?

With the increase of crowd numbers to 25,000 on Monday, bring the family along to an SANFL game on the weekend. Fingers crossed we see the Crows and Port players back soon!

The team at Monarto are nothing short of over the moon to announce that Monarto Safari Park will reopen to the public on Monday 29 June 2020.

After a long wait, our patience is paying off with Latitude Adelaide opening on Wednesday July 1st! With their Kid Zone, Bounce, Climb and The Grid, there’s plenty to keep everyone entertained, undercover and out of the Winter weather. Their opening hours will be 10am-6pm daily and 9pm on a Friday night.

The Beachouse
The Beachouse will officially reopen on Saturday, 4th of July. They’re super-excited to be opening their doors again from next Saturday – and they’ll be open every day of the July School Holidays, too. Their opening hours will be 10am-5pm daily. Keep an eye on their Facebook page so they can show you what they’ve been up to these last 3 months. They’ll also be releasing some awesome School Holiday Specials to celebrate the re-opening ✨
