With the days becoming longer, the After Hour offering, is just what we need.

The Collins Bar, Hilton Adelaide’s cocktail bar in the heart of the CBD, has just launched ‘After Hour’ from 6pm – 8pm Monday to Saturday.

The Collins Bar is well known for their signature and exclusive cocktail menu, with the After Hour now providing guests with a specialized cocktail and wine menu that will be refreshed and revived regularly. With the days becoming longer, the After Hour offering will allow for guests to extend their nights out, and enjoy the experience of The Collins Bar with hand crafted cocktails, wines and beers.

General Manager of Hilton Adelaide, Peer Norsell said that launching After Hour at the beginning of daylight savings meant that guests were able to shake off the winter blues with a specialized offering of cocktails and wines, while over-looking the energetic atmosphere in the heart of the city at Victoria Square.

The Collins Bar is located at 233 Victoria Square, Adelaide.
