Shannon Noll Is Heading To Adelaide For Carols By Candlelight

With the full announcement of special artists still to come, expect Shannon Noll to be joined by a stellar line-up of artists who will sing some classic Christmas tunes.

As 2019 marks the 75th anniversary of Adelaide Carols, Aussie favourite, Shannon Noll, is set to bring his infectious energy to Elder Park for the 2019 Torrens Transit Carols by Candlelight on Saturday December 7. 

Noll shot to fame in 2003 as he competed in the inaugural season of Australian Idol. From multi-platinum selling records to ARIA charting singles, Noll will now add Christmas carols to his impressive repertoireShannon Noll is the perfect fit to showcase a ‘true blue’ performer at this year’s Torrens Transit Carols by Candlelight. 

“Christmas has always been a special time in my family, especially since having a new young child in our clan … The vibe at Adelaide Carols is always amazing as you can feel the anticipation and spirit of the season from the audience – I’m really looking forward to it,” says Shannon Noll. 

With the full announcement of special artists still to come, expect Shannon Noll to be joined by a stellar line-up of artists who will sing all the classic Christmas tunes, proudly in support of Novita, one of South Australia’s largest and most respected community-based disability organisations.

Returning to host the Torrens Transit Carols by Candlelight are Channel Seven’s Rosanna Mangiarelli, Mark Soderstrom and Amelia Mulcahy, who know well from experience how to engage and excite the audience at South Australia’s biggest Christmas carols event, set to attract 30,000 attendees in the heart of Adelaide.

Proudly presented by the Government of South Australia, the Torrens Transit Carols by Candlelight pre-event festivities will kickstart at 2pm with amazing giveaways, competitions and lots of Christmas cheer, followed by the City of Adelaide pre-show concert at 5pm. The main event will commence at 8pm.

Torrens Transit Carols by Candlelight is a free event.
