The Mclaren Vale and Onkaparinga area is looking set to explode with great upcoming beer venues in 2018. And with the opening of a new Taphouse venue this weekend, we can confirm that it will be sooner than you think.
Shifty Lizard Brewing Co are opening the doors to their newly renovated Shifty Lizard Taphouse in Willunga this weekend, coinciding with Stage Five of the Tour Down Under as it travels from McLaren Vale to Willunga Hill on Saturday.
Co-founders Lee and Danny are passionate contributors to the ever growing craft beer scene in South Australia; for Lee it’s the brewing and for Danny the image. Now one of Adelaide’s exciting up and coming breweries, they are looking to the future with many a fine ale being developed to share with you and your mates.
The new venue will sell mainly Shifty Lizard beers, and plans to also serve platter food highlighting local produce.
So if you’re around the Willunga area checking out the TDU this weekend or any time soon, make sure to stop by for a drink… or two.
