Oddio Bowden os renowned for their weekend soirees, and this weekend, Shobosho is joining the party.
The Shobosho crew and their incredible Asian-fusion fare are coming to Oddio for a three-day collaborative party.
Shobosho is a Japanese fusion restaurant combining both Chinese and Taiwanese influences.
At the helm of the kitchen is Adam Liston, who brings his extensive experience with fine dining and Asian institutions including Magill Estate, The Melting Pot, Northern Light (Melbourne), T8 (Shanghai), and Hare & Grace (Melbourne, under Raymond Capaldi).
Happening across one magical weekend, the epic collab kicks off on Friday 30 October, from 5pm ’til late, with the party continuing on Saturday 31 October starting at 3pm.
The last day of this three-day event will cease with a party on Sunday 1 November, from noon ’til 9pm.
At the party, new release wines from Freddie and Giovanni Armani Giorgio will be pouring, with live music and local DJs bringing the good times via musical vibes.
Resident oyster shuckers, The Big Oyster, will be slinging their freshly shucked oysters all weekend long as well.
