Siberia is hosting a series of degustation extravaganzas this week only

Experience a taste of winter at Siberia with their massive 4-night degustation extravaganza, happening this week only.

Adelaide foodies, get excited!

Siberia Bar & Restaurant have announced an epic line-up for the Adelaide Food Fringe, which is set to be a big hit.

For 4-nights only this week (May 13-16) there are four different Degustation’s taking place, with availability extremely limited, so make sure you act quick to secure your entry.

The European restaurant, which opened in July where the much-loved East Terrace Continental once was, is known for its degustation menus and dishes made with forest ingredients. Siberia is no stranger to an epic food experience, with their new suckling pig Sundays being a big hit.

Siberia Restaurant Degustation with Tomich Wines, Monastery Coffee and D’Arenberg- 13 May, $120

This degustation experience features six courses of food including Wild Boar, Venison or great vegetarian options, including mushroom filled crepes. This experience has two entrees, two mains and two deserts.

Attendees will sample six limited edition Monastery Coffees each explained and presented by the Master Roaster. You will see how the coffee is grown, sourced and roasted. Each of the coffees have been selected from single plantations from all over the world for their unique taste and hand roasted here in Adelaide.

Lastly, six South Australian wines will be matched the degustation offerings. Special blends from Tomich Wines and D’Arenberg.

23rd Street Degustation Event- 14 May, $120

This night is perfect for both foodies and cocktail construers. A series of delicious drinks prepared courtesy of 23rd Street Distillery will start the evening, followed by three tasty meals all infused with some kind of liquor.

1st Course: Signature Gin with a special surprise. You have to attend the event to find out.
2nd Course: Rose Vodka to Siberian Blini with Caviar
3rd Course: Suckling Pig Pulled Pork matched to their Hybrid Whisky
4th Course: Not your Nana’s Brandy with a chocolate mousse
5th Course: Drunken Pears matched to good old South Aussie Golden Rum

Black Box Saturday- 15 May, $95

This one is a real mystery! A true gastronomical experience of a menu selected by our Chef from Siberia. You don’t want to miss out on this one.

Siberia presents Black Box Saturday! 5 courses that will be a delight to the senses. Attendees can choose from either Open Slather or Vegetarian options, with the Chef choosing what comes out of the Black Box for you to eat.

Put yourself in the hands of one of Adelaide most experienced Chefs and see what happens. What you will get is 5 courses of food from Entrée / Mains / Desserts, is completely the Chefs choice.

The foods may or may not be from Siberia’s standard menu, you will have to come to find out. Guests have to be in by 7pm to start or you won’t finish until after midnight.

Suckling Pig Sundays @ Siberia- 16 May, $55

Their popular Suckling Pig degustation will be taking place on the final night of their Adelaide Food Fringe Extravaganza.

This food experience is truly unique in Adelaide. The feast features a huge suckling pig and includes Roschti, Bavarian Dark Rye, Greens and Vegetable Sides. Desserts and wines will be available on the night as well.
Make sure you are hungry for this one, because you are likely to be rolled out the door.
