Siberia Bar & Restaurant is hosting a degustation championing the much-loved 23rd Street spirits.
The degustation is in celebration of 23rd Street’s birthday, and will see popular spirits paired with five courses at the restaurant.
Siberia Bar & Restaurant now sits where the much-loved East Terrace Continental once was.
The restaurant is inspired by high end European cuisine, with dishes featuring wild boar, duck and venison.
According to the Siberia team, Rose Vodka will be matched with Siberian Blini and caviar, suckling pig pulled pork will be matched with Hybrid Whisky, Not your Nana’s Brandy with a chocolate mousse, and drunken pears matched to good old South Aussie Rum.
As for the matching with Signature Gin? That one is a surprise.
There will also be prizes to win and tours of the factory to be snatched up.
