Sibling Cafe Is Now Taking On Bar Life

Sibling is opening its arms for Friday night knock offs, and a place to start your Saturday evening by extending their trading hours.

Caitlin Duff and husband Nathaniel Morse thrust their cafe Sibling into the hearts of the Adelaide populist with their soulful food, amazing coffee and zest for locally sourced produce and sustainability.

Now Sibling is opening its arms for Friday night knock offs, and a place to start your Saturday evening by extending their trading hours over the two days, and changing shape into a small bar.

This was largely possible due to the granting of their liquor licence meaning that they now have a showcase of local natural wines, boutique beers and cocktails alongside the amazing coffee and food they have always provided.

The new hours are brought in with a new menu items that feature a selection of share plates designed to provide a sophisticated take on the Sibling ethos and method. With chief Aaron Caporn pickling everything in site and experimenting with native foods to complement the new drink offerings.
