There’s nothing quite like crackin’ open a cold one after a long Summer’s day. But, some say cider in a bottle and in a can are completely different experiences. Sadly, not every cidermaker stocks the golden goodness in both, which limits our options just a tad.
Sidewood has heard our cries and just in time for Summer, they’ll be releasing its local made cider in cans. For all the health conscious thinkers out there, you’ll be pleased to hear that this one has no added sugar. Ladies and Gents we no longer need to hold back for the sake of our swimmer’s body! We’re lovin’ the choices and ecstatic to know we can buy our cider that is still entirely made in our local industry.
Now, you’re probably thinking I like my ciders sweet! How can Sidewood create a can of sweet apple goodness without adding sugar? The Sidewood Cider is made solely from crisp, sweet and fresh apples, pluck straight out of the Adelaide Hill. So, instead of ciders tasting like synthetic sweeteners and syrups, Sidewood tastes just as one would expect, like a fresh apple, nothing gets sweeter than that!
The first canned Sidewood cider will hit the shelves within weeks. There’s no point in driving around to every bottle store in search for the new cans so, pop past Thirsty Camel and selected Celebration stores for a 375ml can or a pack of 10. You may even just stumble upon them with a few independent retailers across SA also stocking the can of apple goodness.
