A chic new coffee destination, Superstitious Infusion, has opened in Hyde Park, becoming the sister cafe to Thai Fusion restaurant, Superstitious, in Grange.
Superstitious Infusion is bringing a twist to your beloved coffee shop menu, by having a range of gourmet cafe classics with an Asian influence. The delicious Asian-fusion flavours made popular at Superstitious in Grange will be carried through to the new cafe. With loaded sandos in Banh Mi style rolls, and even a super crispy Peking Duck wrap.
“Our brand new shop is now open and we’re so excited to serve up a delicious selection of classic and gourmet sandwiches and wraps, as well as salads and meat boards,” Superstitious Infusion shared on their Instagram.
“We can’t wait to become your new go-to spot!”
Just in time for Spring, Superstitious has shared a sneak peek at their range of trendy drinks and coffees on their socials. These fun-coloured, totally Instagrammable delights will be perfectly enjoyed soaking in the sun on the cozy patio, or amongst the new fit-out inside.
As an extension of Superstitious Restaurant, the new cafe is located in the inner southern suburbs, joining a trendy lineup of eateries and boutiques on King William Road. Plus, it is only a short while away from the city centre, a less than 10-minute drive.
The cafe will be open daily, from 8am until 3pm, making it the perfect new spot to stop for a coffee before work, drop in and pick up something off of their gourmet lunch menu, or meet with friends for brunch on the weekends.
And with that amazing location, make a day of it and explore what else Hyde Park has to offer. From art galleries to wine bars, and pilates to patisseries, as more sunny days start to appear, Superstitious Infusion might just be your new favourite cafe.
