The team at Three Little Birds Distillery are not afraid to explore beyond the nest. This Sunday 9 July, the distillery is inviting South Aussie gin and wine lovers both to their Mile End tasting room to indulge in something new. Three Little Birds Distillery are set to launch a gorgeously gilded-honey hue and spice-rich Riesling Gin.
Marking their second collaborative gin with Jeanneret Wines, following the success of their decadently smooth Shiraz Gin, the Riesling Gin Launch Party promises a wealth of gin-lover goodness.
Whether you’re a contemplative sipper of straight gin or more of a cocktail lover, Three Little Birds has got you covered.
It looks like liquid amber in a bottle, and the event page entices guests by statement of the gin’s notes of warm spice, star anise and candied orange standing out the most. Attendees are in for a warming winter treat, since Three Little Birds will be selling their cocktail list at $15 all day to celebrate the launch, along with a list of new creations featuring the Riesling Gin.
Attendees of the launch party will receive a cocktail upon arrival as they take in the tasting room’s atmosphere. Furthermore, for every lucky attendee who enters into the $5 ticket draw, there’s a chance to win a bottle of both the aforementioned Shiraz Gin and new Riesling Gin as a prize, with the funds raised going to the Hutt Street Centre.

Your $25 ticket will unlock the distillery’s world of tastings, as well as discounts on your Three Little Birds gin bottle purchases. The arvo session will be your chance to engage with distiller Leigh Brown, from whom you can learn more about and try new cocktails starring their glowing-ember hued Riesling Gin.
The Riesling Gin can form the basis for variations on cocktails such as the Rusty Nail when mixed with a heady scotch whisky, and pairs deliciously with ginger beer, which sounds divine for these wintery days! Perfect for getting the gang all together for an arvo cozied up by the fire with gin and pizza at the Mile End tasting room, just a couple minutes out of the Adelaide CBD.
