There are plenty of reasons for a midweek trip to SkyCity Adelaide, from its excellent dining and drinking options to facilities and top-notch views. Now there’s a new reason, and it comes with a potential $100,000 payday.
The draw takes place every Thursday from 8pm, with announcements made shortly after in the Atrium on the ground floor near Festival Plaza. There is one catch, though. You have to be there to win.
Starting at $70,000, the jackpot grows by $5,000 every Thursday until it’s claimed, eventually reaching a massive six-figure prize.
Previous jackpots have already handed out some serious cash, and now the odds of a huge celebration in SkyCity’s famous central Atrium are looking pretty good.
Since 2025, the Thursday Cash Jackpot has been won four separate times, with every promotion ending in a full top-value payout. That’s $400,000 already handed out to lucky winners, and if nobody claims the current jackpot on May 14th, SkyCity has confirmed a guaranteed $100,000 winner will be crowned on May 21st.
If you’re keen to try your luck, getting involved is simple.
Anyone signed up to SkyCity Rewards is automatically entered, provided they’ve been active since January 2022 or join during the promotional period. Existing members who haven’t visited recently can also enter for free by heading to a Rewards kiosk and pressing the ‘Thursday Cash Jackpot’ button.

SkyCity Rewards members also unlock a range of perks across the venue, including dining discounts, accommodation offers at Eos by SkyCity, exclusive promotions, points earning, and even complimentary parking at Festival Car Park with eligible spend.
While the Thursday jackpot is grabbing attention right now, big wins are nothing new at SkyCity. The venue says close to $2 million in jackpots has been won in the last 30 days alone, including huge payouts of $487,580 and $231,177 recently awarded for two Royal Flushes on the flop on the main gaming floor.
