SkyCity Adelaide’s iTL Italian kitchen launch breakfast

SkyCity Adelaide’s stunning restaurant iTL Italian Kitchen is set to open for breakfast seven days a week.

iTL Italian Kitchen, a signature restaurant in SkyCity Adelaide’s stunning $330 million transformation, has announced its breakfast menu and will now be open for the most important meal of the day seven days a week.

If the likes of Cider Poached Apple, Avocado Sourdough, Lemon Banana Pancakes and Soft Baked Eggs, sound like your cup of tea you’re going to want to experience breakfast here for yourself in the sweeping 190 seat restaurant.

Officially opened in November last year, iTL has helped reshape the dining landscape in Adelaide. It has been embraced by customers for its contemporary cuisine, featuring two large wood fired pizza ovens, freshly made pasta and a broad selection of starters.

Located on the edge of the Festival Plaza on the ground floor of SkyCity, iTL connects the SkyCity entertainment precinct with the redeveloping plaza, providing a vibrant restaurant experience.

SkyCity Adelaide Chief Operating Officer, David Christian said they’re committed to the revival of CBD tourism and the hospitality sector in the midst of COVID-19 challenges.

“We are also dedicated to the ongoing support of more than 700 local suppliers, as well as continuing to deliver the most robust health and safety standards for our staff and customers,” he says.

In May this year iTL was shortlisted in the 2021 Australian Interior Design Awards for its interior architecture work completed by Walter Brooke and Genesin Studio.

Heritage is at the heart of iTL, and the designers were recognised for bringing to life the brief to design a restaurant that was definitively unique, approachable and that fostered communal dining.

Architectural geometry paired with handcrafted details is alive everywhere you turn in iTL. The pink terrazzo floor pattern is an eye-catching design inspired from the home of terrazzo, Venice.

The restaurant also features a collection of curated art and ceramics with commissioned pieces from South Australian artists.

iTL Opening Hours (Open 7 days a week):

Breakfast            7am – 10am
Lunch                  12pm – 3.30pm
Dinner                 5pm – late

iTL is located at SkyCity Adelaide, 125 North Terrace, Adelaide SA 5000.
