The minds who brought you Chianti and Bar Torino have opened a new mouth watering Italian restaurant, Rozelle’s located at the iconic Carrick Hill.
With promises to deliver some of the best European food Adelaide has ever seen, guests can expect a menu inudated with wood fire oven dishes, an assortment of bites as well as a spritz or two… or three who’s counting.
The cuisine side will be in safe hands with Josh Cooke at the helm, who trained under British chef Rick Stein and worked alongside the late Jock Zonfrillo as Head Chef at the Adelaide institution, Orana.
Jessica Favaro-Richards and Nicholas Favaro are the brains behind the venue and are looking forward presenting the long awaited venue to the people of South Australia.

“Rozelle’s menu is our celebration and interpretation of the best parts of summer in Europe. The dishes that are on the menu are designed to be enjoyed with the backdrop of Carrick Hill in mind,” Jessica said.
“Rozelle’s is all about bringing European summer vibes to the beautiful outskirts of Adelaide.
“Anticipate a menu driven by our family’s love of food, flavours, sharing and creating good times. The menu is everything we love about relaxed Italian food and dining.”
Guests will also be able to dine out on the balcony, overlooking the gardens of Carrick Hill, a perfect location for that golden hour instagram shot, or maybe even a proposal….
The restaurant will also have a wine list that matches the authentic flavours of the Italian cuisine, all inclusive of the local producers that surround Carrick Hill, which we say are some of the best drops in the world.

“More than anything, Rozelle’s will be about celebrating great food in good company which makes it the perfect place to enjoy a day out with your friends,” Jessica said.
“We look forward to providing the visitors of Carrick Hill with a food and beverage offering that can be enjoyed overlooking the gardens and grounds.”
Rozelle’s will be the third venue in the portfolio of the Favaro Group alongside The Pavilion, the function centre hosting special events and weddings at Carrick Hill that opened late 2023.

Minister for Arts and Minister for Small and Family Business Andrea Michaels MP, said she was looking forward to having South Australians and visitors of our state enjoy Rozelle’s at Carrick Hill.
“The Favaro family has already brought South Australia two of its favourite venues with Chianti and Bar Torino in the city, and now they have given us a fabulous new offering in the Adelaide foothills,” Andrea said.
“The Malinauskas Government invested $1 million to support the construction of the new pavilion where Rozelle’s is located and the combination of stunning scenery, remarkable artworks and delicious Italian food is sure to make for an unforgettable cultural experience.”
Federal Member for Boothby Louise Miller-Frost also highlighted how exciting it will be to showcase the state from such an iconic venue.
“I’m certain that locals and tourists alike will relish the opportunity to experience this gorgeous new restaurant at Carrick Hill,” she said.
“I’m so please that the Australian Government has supported this fantastic project and look forward to trying the new menu soon.”
