FIRE x SOI 38 opens in sister restaurants previous location

The popular Thai restaurant has outgrown its Pulteney Street location, but isn’t leaving its old next empty.

One of Adelaide’s best Thai restaurants, Soi 38, has relocated to a new spot on Pirie Street, but haven’t left their old nest empty.

They have now opened up a permanent space for their popular festival pop-up, Fire x Soi 38, in their previous Pulteney Street location.

While SOI 38 offers a more upscale dining option with lesser-known, Fire x Soi 38 focuses on well-known Thai food favourites.

Fire x Soi 38 was a big hit during the festival season, and now fans of the fast-paced eatery don’t have to wait until Mad March to get their hands on the tasty street-food.

The perfect place to pop in during your lunch break, Fire x Soi 38 offers fiery delights, such as charcoal turmeric chicken, BBQ corn with coconut sriracha and Chiang Mai Hotdogs.

Soi 38 has received rave reviews during their six years at their Pulteney Street premise, including but not limited to Winner of Best Thai Restaurant at the National Savour Awards for Excellence 2019, winning 8th best restaurant in South Australia in the Delicious100, and being awarded Best Southeast Asian restaurant in Adelaide by the Advertiser Good Food Guide.

FIRE x SOI 38 is located at 54 Pulteney Street, Adelaide.
