Summer has arrived in South Australia, so now’s the time to kick back and relax at one of Adelaide’s most luxurious rooftop bars.
Sôl Rooftop Bar and Restaurant have just announced their exclusive Sounds of Summer party that will take place on Saturday the 22nd of January.
Find your spot, grab a drink and enjoy the funky, soulful sounds of the one and only DJ Lesley Williams.
The rooftop riverside location is the perfect place to relax and cool down after a long-warm summer that’s barely even begun.
The two hour ticketed event which kicks off at noon will treat guests to unlimited beer and bubbles that will be available throughout the day, as well as a food offering by Sôl head chef Kane Pollard that includes some Aussie BBQ favourites.
Expect cold starters (think rockmelon and feta skewers, crispy saltbush, green chilli dressing), BBQ favourites (like BBQ prawns, summer tomato mayonnaise, local capers) and desserts to finish (wild berry lamington, blackberry leaf tea cream.
Musical genius, DJ and Vocalist Lesley Williams will set the mood with a stellar line-up of groovy tunes.
Sôl venue manager, Jimmy Parham said he hopes the event can bring joy to punters this summer.
“We’ve worked hard on pivoting the business so we can provide a safe, socially distanced outdoors event so people can still enjoy a summer session. While the situation at the moment can be challenging, we hope that some bubbles, beers, beautiful food and great tunes will help people find some fun this January, “ said Jimmy.
If you can’t make it to the Sounds of Summer party, Sôl Rooftop hosts weekly Sunset Sessions, where guests can treat themselves to after-work drinks every Friday and marvel at the spectacular views of Adelaide Oval and the River Torrens as the sunset transforms the stunning cityscape into gorgeous hues of pastel pinks and deep orange.
The Sunset Sessions which are unticketed have been extremely popular since their November launch!
