When 5pm hits, make your way to the iconic rooftop of SkyCity where you’ll be welcomed with open arms before taking a seat and letting the stresses of the day melt away with a drink concocted by one of Sôl’s talented mixologists while the DJ plays a collection of easy-listening, up beat tunes.
Each week, a brand-new menu of cocktail creations is available made specifically for Cocktail Club customers and all come with an individual snack to accompany.
If you’re after something a bit heartier, the full Sôl bar is available with a range of snacks and small plates (think crab buns and mortadella katsu sandos) that are the perfect accompaniment to a beautiful sunset and a gin cocktail.
The introduction of the mid-week offering comes as part of Sôl’s rebrand that saw Rhys Nicholson take over as Head Chef and lead the venue in a new direction that has seen Sôl become more of an all-occasions setting.
As the days begin to get longer and the weather gets warmer, the idea of a post-work rooftop cocktail gets more and more enticing. If perfectly shaken and stirred drinks aren’t quite your thing, Sôl Rooftop also boasts one of the best wine-lists in the city with award-winning head sommelier, Jimmy Parham, presenting a dynamic list of signature, rare spirits, and one of Adelaide’s broadest ‘by the glass’ international wine lists.
