If hot, crispy fries that are completely unlimited sound like your ideal date, SOL Rooftop has you covered this spring. This October, they’re running the ultimate all-you-can-eat fries special – and the best part? It’s only $8.
From 5pm to 7pm every day in October, head up to Level 9 at SkyCity, where SOL’s inside bar will transform into total fry heaven. There will be silver trays piled high with salty fries, delivered straight to your table by the roaming SOL crew. Finished with freshly shaved parmesan, it’s indulgent, a little fancy, and utterly irresistible.
Of course, it wouldn’t be SOL without a twist. Guests will have a chance to level up their fry game at the signature sauce station, where all the classics sit alongside a few in-house creations dreamt up by SOL’s head chef. Think of this like a choose-your-own-adventure experience, but for fries.
There is one small catch. To unlock the $8 bottomless fries deal, you’ll need to grab a drink too. Fortunately, SOL makes that more than easy. They have a rotating Margarita of the Week, created in collaboration with Don Julio, which is a must-try. You can also choose to keep it booze-free with Tropic Like It’s Hot, a blend of pineapple, mango and coconut that tastes like a beach holiday in a glass.
If you’re keen to make a meal of it, add crispy fried chicken or mini Wagyu cheeseburgers. Both are perfect for sharing, or not, depending on how generous you’re feeling.
The deal is available from October 2nd to 31st, with weekend sessions exclusive to SkyCity Rewards members. Signing up is free, so there’s no excuse not to get involved.
