Sôl Rooftop Bar has just launched its exclusive Friday Sunset Sessions as SA swings into its silly season, taking after work drinks to that next luxurious level. With an array of cocktails, delicious bar snacks by Head Chef Kane Pollard, and live music – the rooftop riverside location is the perfect place to relax after a long week of work.
Resident DJ and vocalist Lesley Williams will be setting the scene for the post drinks party, treating guests to the sounds of her new set. Marvel at spectacular views of Adelaide Oval and the River Torrens as the sunset transforms the stunning cityscape into gorgeous hues of pastel pinks and deep orange.
To celebrate the warmer weather, the rooftop destination has also launched a new cocktail menu, filled with fresh and zesty mixes perfect for quenching your Friday night thirst. While there is an array of refreshing creations starring on the menu, the cocktail gurus at Sôl have told Glam their favourites mixes on the list.
The Ryeberries cocktail is a match made in heaven for warmer nights on the rooftop. A combination of Aperol, fresh raspberries, lemon and Sazerac, the drink is a sweet and juicy mix that is set to tantalise your taste buds.
For those searching for something on the zestier side, the Regret Pending is a delicious mix of Patron, Mandarin Liqueur, orange juice and zingy lemon. While the drink is bursting with citrus, it’s surprisingly smooth on the palate and is the perfect tribute to Summer.
If you can’t make the Sunset Sessions, Sôl Rooftop is hosting Sunday Bottomless Brunches, where guests can indulge in free-flowing glasses of sparkling and mouth-watering brunch bites. The new event has been extremely popular since its October launch, with only a few places left for November bookings.
