Fishbank Bar and Grill in Adelaide has clinched the title of “Best Seafood Restaurant” at the 2023 Restaurant & Catering Hostplus Awards for Excellence in South Australia.

Nestled in the heart of Adelaide at the iconic 1920s bank building on King William Street, Fishbank has transformed the space into a modern, airy haven that pays homage to its art deco roots. The restaurant quickly become a beacon for seafood enthusiasts.

Fishbank’s philosophy is simple yet profound: serve only the freshest, most sustainably sourced seafood from Australian waters. The restaurant receives whole fish daily, which are then meticulously prepared with precision and care. This dedication to freshness and quality is palpable in every dish served.

In a unique culinary twist, Fishbank also adopts a technique usually reserved for prime cuts of beef: dry-aging certain species of fish. This process enhances the flavor and texture of the fish, offering a unique dining experience to its patrons.
