A recent survey by Food Box Mate, which analyzed over 12,500 reviews to determine Australia’s favourite picnic locations, saw Victoria take out the top spot, with the most locations in the top 25 (9).

They were followed by New South Wales and Queensland with 7 locations, and Western Australia with 2.

While our great State didn’t make the top 25 list, South Australia still boasts some of the most breathtaking and serene picnic destinations. Our best picnic spots have been ranked, and our top 3 locations have been revealed.
