Renowned Chef Tom Tilbury of Botanic Lodge, will be showcasing the very best of South Australian produce with a beautifully crafted three-course shared menu. Mum will be welcomed with a glass of sparkling on arrival, while live music by Jacqui Lim sets the perfect tone for a relaxed and sophisticated afternoon.
Enjoy a shared platter three-course menu that kicks off with marinated olives and fresh sourdough. Then followed by kingfish, with pomelo, whitlof and lemon verbena, and carrot, walnut, and tarragon paired with pickled grilled grapes. For mains, share the Greenslade roast chook and beef porterhouse with potatoes and salad. Finish with a quince and apple Pavlova for the perfect meal.
