For the restaurant, they don’t need to introduce new processes or train staff. The technology does the work.”
Stored within your Apple or Google wallet, the ECPay digital card removes fiddly transactions and any awkward discount-claiming moments when you’re paying. It also relieves the venue’s staff from having to manually apply discounts or spend time checking the validity of a voucher. All the work’s been done for you and them.
According to Pan, “…it’s so easy and so effective that we are seeing many of Adelaide’s best restaurants and bars jumping onboard.”
