St Francis Winery has undergone major renovations to its accommodation, available ahead of their annual wedding open day in August.
The 41-suite property at the Reynella winery has seen major changes to its bridal suite, twin rooms, and spa suites to continue providing absolute perfection for any visiting guest.
“Our bridal suite is now the most luxurious accommodation available when patrons book a function, wedding, or event at St Francis Winery” says Michelle Youlten, St Francis Winery Venue Manager.
“With a new bathroom fit-out and lush décor, we are so excited to offer a premier accommodation experience in Adelaide’s south just in time for our annual wedding open day” Michelle continued.
St Francis’ wedding open day, from 12pm to 3pm on Sunday August 7, will showcase the winery’s varied function spaces and accommodation options. Local wedding suppliers will also be presenting their services for those ready to organise their big day.
The open day will feature exclusive offer and giveaways, as well as tastings of canapes created by the on-site Head Chef and a glass of bubbles on arrival.
St Francis is considered home to South Australia’s oldest grapevine plantings, and the original winery building created by Walter Reynell, after which the township was named, in the 1850s.
Still situated on five acres overlooking Lake Carew Reynell, the resort now boasts varied room types starting from $130 a night.
It has an indoor heated swimming pool and is widely used as a corporate venue as well as a premier wedding venue.
To mark the opening of the renewed rooms, St Francis will also be offering new mid-week special offers and packages, with details to be announced soon across social media.
For those wanting something a little more understated, the Dine and Unwind package is already available to book.
At $200, a night’s accommodation in the standard spa room will be paired with a $50 meal voucher and a bottle of house wine.
Walter’s Restaurant is open Wednesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner.
