The popular Summer Stillness sessions have been helping people reconnect and learn more about the benefits of meditation all over Australia and New Zealand, the popular event luring in crowds all over the country and now coming to the beautiful beaches of Adelaide.

The beach-side gatherings take you through a guided session of breathwork and meditation, Cool 2Be Conscious has created these events to help people who may be struggling in their journey, they hope to change people’s outlooks on life and help you “Unlearn, Relearn, Develop, Evolve”.
Every Sunday from now until March these sessions will take place on the Esplanade in Brighton from 7:30 am where you can soak in the cool ocean breeze and unwind with new friends.
The Summer Stillness sessions are free to register on the site, all you’ll need to bring with you on this relaxing morning out is a towel to lay on, swimmers, a drink bottle, a hat for sun protection, a great attitude and your friends & family, you’re even welcome to bring your furry friend along so it can make some friends as well.
Escape the normality of life and get up nice and early for a morning on the beach where you can let go of all your stress and start your day positively, the guided meditation usually ends with a morning beach swim to finish the perfect relaxing morning before heading off to work feeling happy and nourished.
Pop down for this hour-long session and leave feeling clear-headed and full of energy, receive special benefits like after attending 10 sessions you will receive a C2BC Water Bottle, proof can be shown by taking a selfie at each event and sending it to their main page.
