The newly-renovated, contemporary four-bedroom 1.5 acre retreat is perfectly situated amongst the award-winning wineries and cellar doors the region has to offer.
You’ll be minutes from Fox Creek Wines, Down the Rabbit Hole, and Chalk Hill as well as walking distance from your necessities such as McLaren Vale Town Centre and the Willunga Farmers Markets.
Aldinga Beach is just a 10-minute drive away, where you can enjoy the fresh air and have a coffee at one of the bustling cafes or restaurants along the Esplanade.
The house itself features a welcoming open-plan layout with gorgeous high ceilings, exposed Oregon trusses and spotted gum flooring.
The renovations have ensured that while the home retains character, you won’t be without any of the modern conveniences that make a stay comfortable.
The house has multiple bright and airy open-plan spaces, one which opens up to breathtaking views of the Willunga Hills but it’s the new outdoor heated pool and alfresco dining area that steals the show.
The property can host a maximum of 10 guests across the four bedrooms, all equipped with reverse-cycle heating and cooling to make your sleep comfortable no matter the weather.
Two of the bedrooms feature king-size beds, while the other two have queen-size beds. The spacious ensuite off the master bedroom has a twin shower and a walk-in wardrobe.
And for all my bathtub lovers, the main bathroom has a large one just waiting for you to relax and unwind in.
If the weather is nice, you can enjoy dining alfresco on the patio, which also has a BBQ for you to cook up a storm. At sunset you can bring out a glass of wine from a bottle you most definitely would have bought that day and sit around the outdoor fire pit.
Once you’ve spent the day out and about and all you want to do is chill out, you can sit on the couch and pick your favourite comfort movie from Foxtel and the other streaming services provided.
