A massive nation-wide celebration of Australian music that reminds us how lucky we are to have such a strong local music scene.

The Australian Music and Arts Industries have been one of the hardest by the COVID-19 pandemic, and so many industry workers continue to face the challenges it has brought along.

Support Act (Australia’s only charity delivering crisis relief services to artists, crew and music workers) has announced this year’s official Ausmusic T-shirt Day to be held on November 20, to appreciate musicians that bring happiness into our daily lives despite all the struggles they face.

Ausmusic T-shirt Day is a massive nation-wide celebration of of Australian music that reminds us how lucky we are to have such a strong local music scene, with many highly talented and successful artists across all genres of music.

It’s also your chance to help raise desperately needed funds for Support Act’s ever-growing demand.

Since the pandemic began, crisis relief requests have hiked by 883%.

If live music makes an important part of your life (or just music in general!), there’s no better opportunity to celebrate it and support the people that create it.

You can rep the official Ausmusic T-shirt, featuring The Binz, available here or one from Support Act’s Premium T-shirt range, with 100% proceeds being donated to Support Act. There are plenty of exclusive, limited edition designs from Australian artists.

This year’s event also has a newly launched website, which makes setting up a team fundraising page or making donations real easy. You can post photos to social using the hashtag #ausmusictshirtday and tag @supportact @triplej and @aria_official.
