Adelaide is getting its first Vibe Hotel – and it’s bringing with it some pretty impressive features.
Announced today, the eye-catching 18-storey tower will have 118 spacious rooms, and will open in 2020 as part of the Flinders Street precinct in the city’s eastern quarter.
Sitting on top will be a rooftop restaurant and bar, offering panoramic views across the city. It’s expected to look a little something like this:

And – and you may need to sit down for this – Vibe will be the first Adelaide CBD hotel giving guests with the ability to SWIM BETWEEN BUILDINGS with a pool running along a pedestrian bridge that will connect Vibe to ONE Apartments.

The guest rooms will feature open-plan guest bathrooms, with cantilevered baths and full-height windows to take in views to the north and south. The hotel will also have an open-plan ground floor restaurant and bar and gymnasium.
Vibe is owned by international chain TFE Hotels. They have partnered with award-winning Loucas Zahos Architects for the building, which will boast an eye-catching glass facade that “encapsulates notions of harmony, sophistication and individual expression”.
