Off the back of a massive Tasting Australia, Taco Cartel will set up a permanent bricks & mortar site in Greenwith.
The new bricks & mortar site will see festival favourites such as Loaded Fries, Elote & of course Tacos, plus an expanded menu that sticks to Taco Cartels food philosophy of Mexican for everyone.

Whether you’re gluten-intolerant or just looking to take some gluten out of your diet, it can be difficult to find venues that suit your needs and taste good. So it’s great news that there’s a new spot popping up.
These authentic Mexican dishes also meet a wide range of dietary requirements. This means the entire menu will remain Gluten Free, Nut Free, Dairy Free & offer a wide range of vegan choices.
Taking over the Nugg Lyf site at the Target Hill Rd shopping centre in Greenwith – the new bricks & mortar location will also act as a production site for the food truck and pop-up stall – meaning the Taco Cartel truck will roll up at even more events.
Owner Josh O’Shaughnessy explains ‘When we started Taco Cartel we felt there was a hole in the market for delicious street food that was both allergen friend and delicious.
“Over the last 15 months we have seen an amazing uptake at all kinds of festivals – from Fringe to The Royal Show and coming off the back of Tasting Australia and the feedback we have had about how much people love the food we decided it was time for a permanent space”
Taco Cartel will replace the Nugg Lyf store in the Highlander Shopping Center in Greenwith. But don’t fret. You’ll still be able to get your nugget fix from their Morphett Vale location.
You’ll be able to find Taco Cartel at Shop 12/222 Target Hill Rd, Greenwith. Stay tuned to their Facebook page for more information.
